其他摘要 | After years of returning farmland to forest, Xiannangou watershed’s ecological
environment gradually repaired and the ecological agriculture developed stably, however, the contrary
situation between economic system and ecological system still exist. Peasants are leaders of
eco-economic system in Xiannangou watershed, they affect the development direction and process of
ecological agriculture directly. Therefore, we must make clear the process of ecological economic
activity and the farmers’ motive of ecological economic actions. According to the existing data and field
investigation results, in a clear main influence factors of farmers’ ecological economic actions, we
analyzed ecological economic actions of households and the coupling relationship between industry and
resources, put forward rationalization measures for ecological economic actions of households as well.
(1) We analyzed Xiannangou watershed’s agricultural ecological data in recent 10 years. The
results show that the influencing factors of peasants’ economic action can be summarized as: famers’
self-quality and family environment, resources endowment, tendency of interest. Household head’s
self-quality and family environment decide peasant’s choice, judgment and risk awareness. The
difference of resources endowment decide farmers’ ability to bear risks and their resource advantage.
Interest is all famers’ ultimate pursuit, so interest tendency is the root cause whatever famers choose.
These three factors make it each other possible and work together. They are the necessary factors which
affect peasants’ economic action choices.
(2) We analyzed the main influence factors affecting the households’ ecological economic actions,
and determined the degree of each factor’s influence by method of factor analysis and multiple linear
regression. Multiple linear regression model was set up as follows: The households’ average level of
education and land utilization, the head of the household’s interests, risk awareness and commodity
consciousness had significant influence on households’ ecological economic actions. The head of the
household’s commodity consciousness effected most, while the households’ average level of education and
the head of the household’s risk awareness effected the least.
(3) Combined with certain main influence factors of households’ ecological economic actions, we
applied structural equation model on analyzing the coupling relationship of the system of the
household’s ecological economic action. The results showed that self-factor, interest orientation and risk
consciousness were the main influencing factors of the eco-economy behavior system. Self-factor
indirectly affected system couple state through influencing interest orientation and risk consciousness.
The directly influence coefficient of interest orientation and risk consciousness to the system was 1.01,
0.61, respectively, illustrating interest orientation had the most large influence power. That meant
household ecological economic behavior choice had not been established on the household’s quality and
consciousness, which influenced the realization of the benign coupling system and the regional
economic benefit’s improving. (4) In order to further improve the ecological economic actions of households research, we used
structural equation to analyze the coupling relationship between farmers’ action and industry-resources.
The results showed that agricultural resources, farmers behavior and industry trend were in the main
position of the development process of ecological agriculture with commodity. The three factors
interaction affected the development and succession of ecological agriculture of households. As farmers’
ecological economic actions had not changed with relevant factors of ecological agriculture,
phenomenon of the shortage of resources and the waste of resources coexisted. Farmers behavior
directly affected the coupling system, but the standardized coefficient was only 0.15. Therefore, the
influence of agricultural resource and industry situation on system coupling was low, making the system
coupling effect on the economic strength was weak, only 0.38. That is to say, the development of
ecological agriculture with commodity changed the ecological economic actions of households, but the
change of farmers’ behavior had not caused the organic combination between industrial resources and
industrial structure.
In conclusion, ecological economic actions of households plays a vital role in ecological
agriculture system. Aiming at the current situation of peasant household behavior, while maintaining the
development of the current ecological economic situation, we should improve the farmers’ leading
consciousness and action. For example, increasing the education level of farmers, improving farmers’
ability of understanding new technologies and policies, improving the present chain net structure of
ecological agricultural system, finally achieving the optimal coupling of agricultural industry and
resource.
