摘要	生态经济学力求将生态因素纳入经济学的分析框架中来 ,研究生态因素与经济因素现象的关系 ,寻求经济活动与生态变化的良性平衡及经济的可持续发展。分析了生态学、经济学、生态经济学的基本概念和原理 ,研究了生态经济系统的失衡表现 ,根据《全国生态环境建设规划》之要求 ,提出了防治生态环境恶化之措施。
